So, as an avid comic book reader for years… I almost feel compelled to pick up Apple’s new iPad. In addition to it’s other functions, I’m very interested in the Marvel Reader that was developed for it. I love the idea of using an e-reader to keep up with my favorite titles. Now, if only DC came out with an app…
At any rate, I might wait until my buddy Jeff gets his before I get one. Some people have recommended buying the second generation hardware, so we’ll see. I own a Macbook Pro as well as an iPhone, so… it might be time.

The Kickdrums… a new group out of Ohio that has been featured several times on OnSmash.com. They are hip hop producers who also happen to be artists themselves – they’ve recently released their own album entitled “Just A Game”. Keep a look out for these guys. I think they’re going to make some noise. Shout out to Alex.

New music video from one of my good friends, Skillz (formerly Mad Skillz). I would actually say that Skillz, Lonnie B., and DanjaMowf (from Richmond, VA) are the reasons that I am working in the music industry today. I used to hang out at their radio show at the University of Richmond (WDCE) every Saturday while I was in high school. Anyways, Skillz has ghostwritten for several rap artists, tours with DJ Jazzy Jeff, and continues to release quality music. Check out the video.
