If you caught Parks and Recreation a couple weeks ago, there was an entire food plot where Tom Haverford (played by Aziz Ansari) came up with a list of special Tom-centric food terms. Some fans created a website [TomHaverfoods.com] that compiles these terms (and more). Some of my favorites are: “Dumplings are… Little Surprises”, “Water is… Hot Ice”, “Noodles are… Long Ass Rice” and “Crackers are… Lame Cookies”. Check it out. You can also catch some video from the episode below. Hat Tip: Sheri.

Who wouldn’t feel safe in a concrete rectangle that folds in upon itself to become completely sealed? Even the windows are covered with a slab of concrete when the structure is on nap time.
via newslite. A company called Watt UK sent a team of “trained professionals” out in London to collect samples of the air during the Royal Wedding… The company plans to take the samples, and sell them in bottles labeled “Royal Wedding Day Air” as a souvenir. Wow, how ridiculous…
Bosses at Watt UK say they hope the bottles could become a collectors item and insist they are “something for the whole family to enjoy”.
It’s claimed buyers could then treat the ‘Royal Air’ like a bottle of fine champagne and gather round the table each taking a healthy sniff.
