Is it just me, or is Statik Selektah the *ish* when it comes to producing? I’ve listened to his radio show for a while on Sirius/XM and for the past year or so, I’ve been listening to several of the songs he’s produced. He’s dope. Termanology and Statik Selektah drop their latest song, “People Are Running” off the 1982 album dropping October 26th. [DOWNLOAD]

Futuristic Biopolymer Gel Fridge

via illusion360. This is Yuriy Dmitriev’s concept design of the “Bio Robot Refrigerator” which was selected in the finals for the Electrolux Design Lab 2010 competition. More pictures after the break.

Four times smaller than a conventional refrigerator, the Bio Robot cools biopolymer gel through luminescence. Rather than shelves, the non sticky, odourless gel morphs around products to create a separate pod that suspends items for easy access. Without doors, draws and a motor 90% of the appliance is solely given over to its intended purpose. At the same time, all food, drink and cooled products are readily available, odours are contained, and items are kept individually at their optimal temperature by bio robots. The fridge is adaptable – it can be hung vertically, horizontally, and even on the ceiling. Different sizes and dimensions allow it to perfectly fit the accordant dwelling.

Laptop Thief Mails Victim His Data On A USB Stick

Posted by | News, Random | No Comments

via Gizmodo. A man in Sweden recently had his laptop stolen, but was surprised to find a USB stick with all of his data and personal information in the mail a week later. Haha, wow. How kind!!! I guess there is honor amongst thieves.

As the victim, a professor at Sweden’s Umeå University, told the Västerbottens-Kuriren newspaper “this story makes me feel hope for humanity.” Of course, you could argue that had the thief had a touch more humanity in his bones he wouldn’t have stolen the laptop in the first place, but at least he left the professor’s credit cards and money in the bag the laptop was stolen from. The only other thing that was stolen, bizarrely, was his library card.
